the toilet mirror was located in a completely separate area from the sink, so absurd! I almost gave a good review until i noticed dust and trash under the bed. is it too much to ask for some complimentary coffee or towels for a 3 night stay in such a priced establishment!

Finding the hotel entrance was confusing!!! Elevators had only Korean signage!!! The USB sockets in the room failed to work!!! Towels provided were tiny, almost useless!!! Rooms lacked decoration and felt dreary!!!
